Travelin' Zan

It's a big day guys.

My Eurotrip is officially on the books. If slightly amended.

You know I'm going to be obnoxious about the countdowns, right? #sorrynotsorry

I had talked about extending my trip an extra week to see my girls in Germany - even received work approval - but I've ultimately decided that was just too much. While the idea of it was great, it just felt like I was going to be rushing too much. I want to be able to enjoy my time with them. In the meantime I will make as many purchases as I can on my travel card and hopefully earn enough miles for an affordable trip in a year or two.

It's the end of an era. With the booking of my flight to London I have no reason to ever speak to HIM again. He said he wanted to be friends but he clearly didn't mean it since he's blocked me from all social media. Whatever. Over it and moving on. It's his loss. And he will regret it someday.

So the Eurotrip is now this: Edinburgh, London, Paris/Provins. Flights to Edinburgh and London are booked - waiting for word from Cecelia on the logistics of the French leg of the trip.

I've also booked my flight to New York in December. I'll be spending what would have been my 11th anniversary with Peggilee. Christmas in New York. I cannot wait. I hope it snows. Not a blizzard, just enough to make it extra Christmas-y.

I know I just posted on Facebook yesterday about starting a gofundme for a new wardrobe (JK) (Sort of) so you might be wondering how I can afford all this if I can't even buy myself new clothes. The answer is a combination of air miles, travel voucher from my previous effed up NY flight, and that small inheritance I have set aside for travel. So while you might be thinking I've spent a ton of money today booking 3 different flights, I've actually spent less than $1000. See? My insane money saving skills aren't limited to just shoes!

In other news, my coffee date canceled on me. Technically I suppose it is just postponed to Monday so now I have 3 extra days to freak out about it. So that's fun.

I have a very busy week ahead but it's so many good things I can't wait!
